Portrait of singer LP

Recently, I discovered a song on YouTube that stopped me in my tracks.

Life's been happening, as it does for all of us, and I've been going through a thing or two. I've been writing and painting, trying to process emotions. While journaling, I had YouTube on, and someone recommended Lost On You by LP. I listened to it. Then I listened again. Then again, and again, and again. You get the idea.

I've never heard a song that expressed what I was feeling so perfectly when I couldn't find the words myself. The emotion conveyed through both the lyrics and the music is raw, soulful, and beautiful. Their voice is...just wow! It's powerful and resonates deeply. I feel every word.

I'm not alone in this. Their video has over 1.5 billion views.

So, naturally, I was inspired to draw a portrait.
